Step 1 — Discovery Call
We start with a complimentary 15-minute discovery call to learn more about your salon, your team, and your guest experience goals. This is simply a conversation to understand where you are and where you want to grow.
Step 2 — Strategy & Framework Session
Next, we schedule a dedicated 30–60 minute strategy session to refine the training framework around your salon’s specific needs. We’ll identify key focus areas, team challenges, service standards, and the conversations your staff needs the most support with.
Step 3 — Custom Training Creation
Using everything from our session, I build and record a personalized recorded training webinar tailored specifically to your salon, services, products, and client experience goals. (This takes me 4 weeks)
Step 4 — Team Training & Implementation
Your team will have access to the training on your own schedule, allowing everyone to learn from the same foundation and create consistency across the salon — including future new hires. (Allow for 4 weeks)
Step 5 — 4 Weeks of Live Coaching
For four weeks, your team will have access to LIVE coaching support from me personally where they can ask questions, share real client scenarios, and receive ongoing guidance to confidently apply what they’ve learned behind the chair.

No. (But it is helpful) Each team member can complete the webinar portion at their own pace. However, everyone is expected to finish it before joining the live coaching sessions so the whole team starts with the same foundation.

Any new team member can be added into the training so they can complete it and come up to speed with the same standards and systems as the rest of the team. However there will be no live coaching group after the period has ended. But I welcome questions in IG.

Yes. The training is structured to support all levels, helping assistants build strong foundations while giving senior stylists tools to refine and elevate their work.

Not immediately. The goal is to enhance and strengthen what you already do, not disrupt your current systems. Any changes are introduced in a practical, step-by-step way.
